Are the experiences accessible for those with physical disabilities?

Yes, all our meet and greets as well as the donkeys and pony experiences can be easily accessed with the assistance of ramps and areas of concrete in each paddock. However, the alpaca trek may be difficult for some as they require walking for a significant period of time with no access for wheelchair use due to very uneven, sometimes wet ground.

Related FAQs

Absolutely, all our experiences are available, however please note we may require carers to be present during the experience for any additional help the person may need.

The ground can be very uneven due to being located on a working farm where a lot of machinery runs over the ground, therefore any of these items are very difficult to bring on the treks.

Yes, all of our experiences would be a happy experience for younger children, however if booking a trek please note our age limits as to a child having their own alpaca, as well as the fact that the child would need to be comfortable walking/standing without assistance for a considerable amount of time

This will depend on the person as an individual, all of our meet and greet experiences and greet and grooms will be a lot easier for those who struggle to stand, however our treks and owl in the orchard experiences do require standing/walking for longer periods of time. If you book a trek and feel you would need a slower alpaca this can be requested on the day of the booking but not 100% guaranteed depending on other participants needs.
